Short description
BA started with a team of three, then grew steadily to seven, twenty, and beyond, now comprising over 100 talented individuals. Over half of the original employees continue to work alongside BA, demonstrating our commitment to long-term collaboration. Even during the most challenging times in the industry, we maintained a stable workforce. Whether it's towards clients or employees, our guiding principles have always been grounded in being down-to-earth, continuously innovative, and maintaining goodwill while staying true to our initial values. It is through these principles that we have achieved breakthroughs in our business and witnessed the stability and continuous progress of our internal team.
The past three years, shrouded in the shadow of the pandemic, have been exceptionally difficult. However, it is said that a sword becomes sharp through constant grinding. Learning to grow in adversity is an essential lesson for both businesses and individuals. For BA, this journey has been an arduous one but filled with remarkable achievements. Reflecting on BA's development, we have transformed from a small design team into an integrated design enterprise with comprehensive capabilities. In addition to holding Class A qualifications in architecture, we obtained Class B qualifications in planning last year.
"Boundlessness" is one of the key concepts in BA's design philosophy, representing our determination to explore, practice, and push boundaries in different fields. From integrated planning and architecture to recent successful bids in public buildings, campus architecture, headquarters offices, rural revitalization, urban renewal, and ventures into interdisciplinary interior design, BA has always moved forward, breaking barriers, and expanding the boundaries of our business.
In the realm of residential design, BA's exploration transcends time and space, spanning from traditional to modern styles, from low-density to high-rise buildings, and from mountainous to waterfront landscapes. We have accumulated a wealth of high-quality residential projects and developed a robust methodology and mature experience in design quality control management. Especially in the past three years, we have made further progress in the breadth and depth of our explorations in the residential sector, as well as innovative research and development of new products.
Co-founder Feng Sa once remarked, "Rather than calling it a company, we hope that BA resembles a school." We place great emphasis on nurturing the capabilities of our employees. The ALLBLUE series of forums, held regularly every month, cover design sharing, experience exchange, and skill training. It serves as a comprehensive training system that guides individuals from design assistants to seasoned professionals throughout their career journey. Employee growth is the most crucial support for our company's development and our responsibility to both employees and society.
In light of the challenging external environment, BA strives to create a comfortable and pleasant internal atmosphere for our employees. Despite the restrictions on group activities and travel during the pandemic, we adapted our traditional domestic and international architectural study tours to small team-based independent travel. Formal employees still enjoy a 3-day travel holiday with a minimum travel budget of 3,000 RMB per person. From 2020 to 2022, we have consistently provided these benefits without exception. To promote healthier lifestyles, we have an internal gym and various sports clubs, designating Wednesdays as a dedicated sports day. BA and its people are more than just employer and employees; we are comrades who advance together.
It is through the collective efforts, unwavering dedication, and unity of all BA members that we have achieved fruitful outcomes, earning recognition and accolades from professional organizations and media outlets, both domestically and internationally, in recent times.
